For those of us who know and love the constitution and the unprecedented freedom that it guarantees, it is unbelievably frustrating to hear politicians, whose job it is know know and uphold said constitution, try to pass something so blatantly unconstitutional as this so-called health care bill. But there is hope. Not only is the Senate race in Massachusetts looking like it might be in play (a Republican victory would shatter the Democrats' current filibuster-proof senate) but Greg Abbott, the Attorney General from the great state of Texas, is prepared to challenge the constitutionality of the greatest government over reach in American history.
