Not sure if you've been paying attention, but the race for Kennedy's seat is getting closer every day. But this seat's importance goes way beyond the state of Massachusetts. It affects every American. A Scott Brown win would force the Democrats to either end the tyrannical health-care push or commit political suicide by pushing budget reconciliation. A loss for Brown, however, would ensure a filibuster-proof senate which would virtually guarantee the 60 vote majority needed to pass this unconstitutional monstrosity.
