Global Warming Alert!!!

Here is a chart put out by the National Climate Data Center, which shows the record tempuratures by state through 2003. And in it, some rather telling data are found.
For instance:
- the earliest record was 1888 (Colorado) -- which occurred shortly after they began keeping these records.
- the most recent record was in 1995 (Connecticut)
- the year that set the most state heat records was 1936 (14 states)
- the year with the second number of state heat records was 1994 (5). But of those 5, 3 of them were tied for records that had been set on earlier years.
- 24 state heat records were set in the 1930s. 4 times the number of the runner up '90s (6). Third place: 1910-1919 (5)
I'm not a scientist. I don't even play one on TV. But it's pretty obvious that data like this certainly suggests that there might just be other factors at play when it comes to the Earth's climate; Factors that might even make us humans seem insignificant. But then again, it may have been all those jet-liners flying around that contributed to the record temps of 1911.

Hey, you know those documents that ACORN dumped the other day? You remember. The ones that contained all sorts of sensitive information and were conveniently 'let go' just days before California Attorney General Jerry Brown and his minions were to investigate ACORN? Well AG Brown was asked about that. Was his response skepticism? anger? outrage? Nope. He changes the subject and tries to blame Republicans.

Wanna know why Obama doesn't seem to understand the importance of the private sector? Because virtually no one in his cabinet has ever worked in the private sector. Of Obama's closest advisers (you know, the ones that have assumed complete control over the private sector), about 93% of them have never had any experience working for any sort of business. Look at the chart above put together by J.P. Morgan.
Unbelievable.

Published by Sam on 23.11.09 at 10:56 PM.
Wait. Obama made up some story about Walpin to justify his firing?
no. way.
And, Michelle Rhee, the head of the D.C. school system and fiancee of Kevin Johnson actually visited Walpin in June to tell him that Johnson was really a super guy and that he probably shouldn't be investigated.
I don't see any big news here. do you?
And he was such a super guy that he offered a Sacramento girl hush money after she accused him of touching her inappropriately.
Super duper guy
Even with all the overwhelming evidence against Obama and Johnson in this case, virtually every news source is attempting to make the issue partisan. For the record, this ain't partisan.

The Political "Climate"
Published by Sam on at 9:14 AM.
In a not-so-shocking (but extremely satisfying) report that came out yesterday, it was proven what we already knew: climate scientists have an agenda and they don't mind manipulating data to obtain results that further that agenda. Shocking. Thanks to some stealth hacking, very telling and incriminating emails were uncovered that seem to indicate that one of the leading global warming research organizations has been fudging their results. And by "seem to indicate" I mean "clearly show". Worse, by mere virtue of the fact that the hacked data was in the form of emails, it indicates that these so-called climate scientists are in cahoots with one another. Scary.

The national debt today stands at over twelve trillion dollars. Now, I could tell you that that's enough money, in pennies, to stack to to the sun and back more than 6 times. Or that that's enough money to line every mile of every road in the United States with $100 bills end to end; Twice. But it might mean more to you to know that if every American gave their entire net worth (including all assets, equity, savings, etc) it would not be enough to cover our current debt. Yet, somehow we're told by our federal government that we need a trillion-dollar health care takeover and that taxing the rich will pay for it. Don't believe the lie.

Gerald Walpin, one of the hundreds of unfortunate victims of Obama's thug politics, might just be the story that even the mainstream media can't spin in favor of the One. With team obama exploring every 'Chicago way' tactic like the literal shredding of documents to a game of semantics and linguistic gymnastics that even Bill Clinton would be jealous of, they have found that there are people who have chosen to stand up to them. One being Senator Grassley of Iowa. He has stated that if President Obama refuses to hand over all relevant documents, he will continue to block the nomination of CNCS Chairman Alan Solomont as the United States' Ambassador to Spain. Gerald Walpin wants his job back. And it's looking like it just might happen.

Published by Sam on 10.11.09 at 10:57 AM.
The Stupak Amendment, which was widely hailed as a victory for conservatives, just might have been what doomed conservatives in regards to the massive government takeover of health care. With several pro-life Democrats on capitol hill positioned to vote no on any bill that contained federal dollars funding abortion, and with virtually every Republican prepared to vote no regardless of the abortion funding amendment, it appears that the bill probably would not have passed had the Stupak amendment not been included.
Meanwhile, many Democrats are not content with their narrow victory in the house but are determined to remove the Stupak amendment from the bill even thought it might kill it. Even Obama is showing signs that he is not happy about the amendment. His spokesman, Robert Gibbs, spent a few minutes refusing to give a strait answer to the simple question regarding the amendment.
Who knows what will happen in the Senate? Most say it's an uphill battle for the bill but we must not fall asleep either way. Hold your representatives accountable.
