During a Senate hearing on "card check," union members continually interrupted the proceedings by applauding the voices they liked and booing the voices they disagreed with. Since when did the U.S. Senate become rule by mob? This is precisely the problem with the so-called Employee "Free Choice" Act: It takes away the employees' rights to vote their conscience without being bullied by the loudest jerk in the room.
