It seems Democrats in congress can't even wait for Obama to swear in before they introduce legislation to repeal the U.S. Constitution's 22nd Amendment and remove the restrictions on his term limits. Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y. (pictured above) has already set the proposal loose in the House and it is headed to the House Committee on the Judiciary.
Rep. Serrano is the same bright fellow who recently negotiated with Hugo Chavez for discount gas in his South Bronx district.
This is not the same time Rep. Serrano has worked for this cause. He also introduced a similar bill in 2003 in effort to remove Bill Clinton's term limits.
